摘要
目的本次对经股动脉冠脉支架患者进行循证护理的方式进行护理,并对其护理的应用效果进行分析。为临床护理提供依据。方法选取我院2014年4月-2015年4月收治并已经得到确诊的经股动脉冠脉支架患者100例,根据所有患者入院的编号进行平均分组,其中单号为对照组,双号为实验组,两组各为50例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予循证护理。结果对照组术后护理并发症的发生率为56%,实验组术后护理并发症的发生率为12%,实验组护理效果优于对照组。结论对经股动脉冠脉支架术后的患者进行护理,循证护理的作用更为明显。
Objective Through the way of evidence-based nursing care of patients with femoral artery coronary stent, and analyze the application effect of the nursing. To provide basis for clinical nursing. Methods 100 cases of has been confirmed via femoral artery coronary stent patients were chosen from April 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital, according to all the patients admitted to the number average packet, the odd number for the control group and those with even numbers as the experimental group, the two groups all 50 cases, the control group was given routine nursing, the experimental group received evidence-based nursing. Results In the control group, the incidence of postoperative care complications was 56%, the incidence rate of postoperative nursing complications was 12%, the experimental group was better than the control group. Conclusion The effect of evidence-based nursing on the patients after percutaneous coronary stenting was more obvious.
