优质护理对冠脉支架植入术后患者康复的效果

Effect of High Quality Nursing on Rehabilitation of Patients After Coronary Stent Implantation

目的分析优质护理对冠脉支架植入术后患者康复的效果。方法抽取入住我院的54例冠脉支架植入术后患者（2013年6月-2015年12月）作为本次实验的研究对象,对54例患者实施随机分组。对照组27例患者实施一般护理,实验组27例患者实施优质护理,比较两组患者的生活质量评分及并发症发生率。结果对照组的并发症发生率（18.52%）高于实验组（3.70%）,且实验组和对照组患者的生活质量评分差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论对冠脉支架植入术后患者采取优质护理,效果显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing on rehabilitation of patients after coronary stent implantation. Methods54 patients（from June 2013 to December 2015） after coronary stent implantation in our hospital were selected as the research subjects of this study, and 54 patients were randomly assigned to the study. In the control group, 27 patients in the implementation of general care, the experimental group of 27 patients in the implementation of quality care, compared with the two groups of patients with the quality of life scores and the incidence of complications. Results The incidence of complications in the control group（18.52%） was significantly higher than that of the experimental group（3.70%）, and the quality of life of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different, P〈0.05. Conclusion High quality nursing care for patients after coronary stent implantation is effective.
