家庭功能对维持性血液透析患者心理健康的影响

Effect of Family Function on Mental Health of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨家庭功能对维持性血液透析患者心理健康的影响。方法采用症状自评量表和家庭关怀度量表对69例维持性血液透析患者进行调查。将患者分为家庭功能障碍组和家庭功能良好组,比较两组患者心理健康情况,并进行相关性分析。结果家庭功能障碍组患者的SCL-90总分高于家庭功能良好组患者(P<0.01)。两组患者在人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对等心理健康因子方面相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论维持性血液透析患者家庭功能可显著影响患者的心理健康情况。

Objective To explore the family function on the mental health of patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods The self-assessment lists of symptom and family care scale were used to survey 69 cases of patients with maintenance hemodialysis. And the patients were divided into family dysfunction and family functioning good group. Futher, compared two groups of patients psychological health status, and correlation analysis. Results Family dysfunction group SCL-90 total score was significantly higher than family functioning well group of patients（P〈0.01）. The two group patients have significant difference（P〈0.01） in interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility and other mental health factor. Conclusion The family function in patients with maintenance hemodialysis can significantly influence the patient＇s psychological health.
