心理护理在胃镜检查中的应用效果

Application Effect of Psychological Nursing in Gastroscopy

目的研究心理护理在胃镜检查过程中的应用方法和效果。方法随机选取我院2014年8月-2015年7月接收的120例消化道疾病患者作为观察对象,通过电脑随机的方式分为实验组和参照组各60例。参照组患者按照常规胃镜检查流程开展工作;实验组患者在胃镜检查前、检查过程中加强心理护理。对比两组患者的耐受程度及检查时间。结果实验组60例患者的检查耐受度为95.0%、参照组为81.67%,实验组高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组从插管到结束的时间为（3.7±1.4）min、参照组患者为（6.4±1.5）min,对比组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论心理护理在胃镜检查过程中具有较高的价值,能够显著提高患者的耐受度、缩短时间,确保胃镜检查工作的顺利开展。

Objective To study the psychological nursing in the application method and effect in the process of gastroscopy. Methods 120 patients with gastrointestinal tract disease were randomly selected from August 2014 to July 2015 as research object, through computer randomly divided into experimental group and control group 60 cases each. Control group patients according to the conventional gastroscopy work processes. Experimental group patients before gastroscopy, check in the process of strengthening psychological nursing. Comparison of two groups of patients with pain tolerance and inspection time. Results The experimental group of 60 cases with tolerance of 95.0% inspection, control group was 81.67%, the experimental group was higher than control group, the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Group from until the end of the time for intubation（3.7±1.4） min, control group patients（6.4±1.5） min, contrast is also significant difference between groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing is of high value in the process of gastroscopy, can significantly improve the patient＇s tolerance and shorten the time, to ensure the smooth work of gastroscopy.
