摘要
目的探讨在儿科护理中合理应用护患沟通的方法与效果。方法选取我院小儿骨科收治的112例患儿,并随机分成两组,对照组接受常规护理,观察组给予常规护理,再充分注重护患沟通技巧。观察并比较两组的护理纠纷发生率以及护理满意度。结果观察组护理纠纷发生率为1.8%,护理满意度达96.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用科学有效的护患沟通技巧,能够更好地为患儿提供优质护理,有效减少护患纠纷,提高护理满意度。
Objective In order to discussion the application of nursepatient communication skills in pediatric. Methods 112 cases of children were selected, and randomly divided into two groups, the control group received routine care, study group received routine care, and nursepatient communication. The incidence of nursing disputes and satisfaction were observed and compared. Results The incidence of nursing disputes in the study group was 1.8%, satisfaction with nursing was 96.4%, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Nurse-patient communication was better able to provide the quality of care, reduced nurse-patient disputes, improved nursing satisfaction.
