摘要
胡椒属植物约2 000种,我国有60多种,其中约30种作为药用,具有除湿、止痛、活血等功效。但由于不合理的开发导致一些原始种和野生种迅速消失。目前,胡椒属植物主要分布地区的人们主要是将其作为食用和药用,总结了国内外胡椒属植物作为食用和药用的研究进展,以期为我国胡椒属植物资源的合理开发利用提供依据。
The genus Piper (Piperaceae)comprises about 2 000 species, nearly 30 out of 60 indigenous Chinese Piper species are used medically, they have the efficacy of desiccant, acesodyne and promoting blood circulation.Some Piper species are vanishing due to the unreasonable development. The people of mainly distributed areas of Piper species use them as edible and medicinal. The research progress of pepper plants as edible and medicinal at home and abroad was summarized, so as to provide the basis for the reasonable development and utilization of Piper genus resources.
