摘要
建立了连续光源原子吸收光谱法顺序测定土壤中9种金属元素(铅、铬、镉、铜、铁、锰、钴、镍和锌)含量的方法。试验采用全自动石墨消解系统对样品进行前处理,消解液用连续光源原子吸收光谱仪进行检测,并用土壤成分分析标准物质评价了分析方法的准确度,同时与ICP-AES法进行比较。结果表明院该法的线性相关系数高于0.998,检出限在0.002~0.052 mg/L之间,相对标准偏差均小于4%(n=7),回收率在91%~104%之间,其测定结果与ICP-AES法测定结果的标准偏差在0.16%~6.42%之间,测定结果令人满意。
A method was established to sequentially determine nine metals (Pb, Cr, Cd, Cu, Fe, Mn, Co, Ni and Zn)in soil by Continuum Source Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (CS AAS ).The samples were pre-digested by Automatic Graphite Digestion System, and detected by CS AAS.The accuracy of this method was measured by Soil Component Analysis Standard, and at the same time was compared with ICP-AES in the determination results.The results showed that the linearly dependent coefficient of the curve was more than 0.998, the detection limits ranged from 0.002 mg/L to 0.052 mg/L, RSD 〈4% (n=7), and the recoveries were in the range of 91%- 104%.Compared with ICP-AES test results, the deviations were between 0.16% - 6.42%.The test results were satisfactory.
