摘要
对来源于广东省多个地级市的蔬菜生产基地22种蔬菜品种406个样品中硝酸盐进行检测分析,其中叶菜类样品284个,根茎类样品32个,瓜果豆类样品90个。结果表明:在所检测的蔬菜样品中总合格率为70.0%,其中叶菜类合格率68.0%,根茎类合格率59.4%,瓜果类和豆类合格率80.0%,蔬菜中的硝酸盐含量由高到低则依次为叶菜类、根茎类、瓜果类和豆类。
We detected nitrate in 406 vegetable samples of 22 vegetable species collected from a lot of vegetables production bases in Guangdong Province.This paper analyzed 284 leaf vegetables samples, 32 root vegetables and 90 gourd and beans.The results showed that the overall pass rate was 70% in vegetables ,that of leaf vegetables was 68.0% ,that of root was 59.4% ,that of gourd and beans was 80.0% ,from high to low levels of nitrates in vegetables, in turn, as leaf vegetables, root vegetables, gourd and beans.
