某百万千瓦核电机组凝结水精处理系统设计

摘要 依据蒸汽发生器盐类平衡计算,确定了凝结水精处理装置的水质标准。分析比较了核电机组典型凝结水精处理工艺,前置阳床具备去除金属腐蚀产物的能力,高速混床水帽和树脂过滤器的设置及投运前的循环清洗有效地避免了树脂进入热力系统,无阀旁路提高了机组安全性。机组拟采用前置氢型阳床加高速氢型混床的无阀旁流式的凝结水精处理系统,同时进行了工艺选型计算。 According to the salt balance calculation of steam generator,the condensate polishing output water quality is determined.According to the analysis of typical condensate polishing system,pre-cation polisher vessels have the ability to remove the metal corrosion products,the resin entered into thermal system has been effectively avoided by setting the water cap of mixed polisher vessels,the resin filter and cycle cleaning,the unit safety has been improved by the bypass without valve.The condensate polishing system including pre-cation and mixed polisher vessels is adopted in this nuclear power plant,which bypass without value.The process calculation has been carried out at die same time.
