摘要
针对锦东水电厂投产初期,投入商业运行的"一洞双机"的1、2号水轮发电机组的有功功率波动事件,从计算机监控系统、上位机LCU、调速器控制系统及执行部分等,全面地对有功功率波动事件系统进行研究分析。结果表明:波动原因为设计方面先天不足;运行方式不合理;采用的反事故措施不到位等。通过研究1号、2号机组有功功率、频率、导叶开度和水头等录波曲线,从运行方式方面考虑,通过优化调速器系统、计算机监控系统控制逻辑获得较为明显的反事故效果。
In the light of active fluctuation occurred in No.1 2 hydropower units in one tunnel which is in the commercial operation early year of Jindong Hydropower Plant,overall analysis is conducted to the active fluctuation from computer monitoring and control system,PC LCU,speed control system performance part of governor.The results show that the fluctuation reasons are the deficiency of design,unreasonable operation mode,not well-implemented anti-accident measures etc..By studying the active power,frequency,guide vane opening and water the first wave record curve,considering from the operation mode,optimizing the governor system,obvious effect has been obtained in computer monitor system control logic.Corresponding control and preventive measures are adopted to put an end to active fluctuation incident,effectively ensure the safe and stable operation of hydropower units.
