摘要
采用计算流体力学方法,建立支承油膜流场模型,对静压导轨支承油膜的承载机理及承载特性进行了研究,分析了小孔节流器孔径、孔长对承载特性影响,研究结果表明节流器孔径对油膜承载特性及刚度影响最大,而节流器孔长的影响次之,并通过实验进行了验证。
A model describing the fluid field of oil film in the gaps between guide pair is established by a computational liquid mechanics method, and the supporting mechanism and supporting characteristic of supporting oil film of hydrostatic guideway were also studied. The length and diameter of orifice influence the supporting performance of oil film is studied. It is found that the diameter of orifice have the most impact on the supporting characteristic and the stiffness. The relevant principles were verified by experiments.
