Interference Research on Aircraft Fuselage Panel Automatic Drilling and Riveting of Head Rivet

摘要 通过对飞机机身壁板典型结构的分析,开展有头铆钉自动钻铆干涉量工艺试验,按试验规划设计制作工艺试验件,参考实际生产流程进行制孔、铆接、分解、测量、计算等,得出干涉量数据。分析整理试验数据,从中找出针对机身壁板典型结构的干涉量形成规律。 The rivet interference experiments were conducted on the automatic drilling and riveting machine, which was based on the riveting process analysis of head rivet in the aircraft fuselage panels. Firstly, the test samples were designed and manufactured according to the experimental plan. Then the process of drilling, riveting, decomposing, measuring and calculating were carried out and the interference fit level was acquired. Finally, the rule of interference fit level in aircraft fuselage panels' typical structure was obtained by studying interference experiment data.
