Study on Longitudinal Adhesive Bonding Technology for Foam Sandwich Structure

采用SEM研究分析胶膜与泡沫芯的胶接机理,借鉴国内外的增强工艺,提出简化的泡沫夹层结构操纵面胶接增强工艺,通过模拟计算及生产试验分析,确定相应工艺参数。

The adhesive bonding mechanism of the adhesive film and the foam core was analyzed by scanning electronic microscope. The reinforcing prescription at home and abroad was analyzed. The adhesive bonding technology for foam sandwich structure was presented. The proper process parameters were obtained by calculation and experiment.
