摘要
简要介绍对火箭弹射座椅某型机构定位销功能,对故障零件主要尺寸、工艺进行了复查,并在体视、金相显微镜下进行了观察、硬度检测等理化分析及故障模拟试验,最终确定了故障形成的原因及预防措施,可有效避免此类故障现象的重复发生。
The positioning pin function of a certain type mechanism of the rocket ejection seat was introduced. The main parts size and process of faulty parts were reviewed. They were observed by sight glasses and metallographic microscope. The hardness testing, other physical, chemical analysis and the fault simulation test were made. The forming causes of the failure and preventive measures were determined, which can effectively avoid the recurrence of such failure.
