基于ZigBee技术的切削力数据采集系统的研究

摘要 将ZigBee无线通信技术引入到切削力数据采集系统中,组成一个车间机床切削力管理网络。该系统以SOC射频芯片CC2531为核心,利用其内部集成的A/D转换器实现数据的数模转换,并由其RF收发器来完成数据的无线发送和接收。从硬件和软件上设计了测力仪和整个网络系统,通过车削棒料对该系统进行了试验,结果表明数据稳定可靠,三个方向的切削力精度也较高。 The wireless communication technology of Zigbee applied in cutting force's data acquisition system and composed the network of operating machine's cutting force. The system in according with TI's CC2531 RF chip as core, convert analogue-to-digital by its internal integration of A/D converter, transfer the data via CC2531's RF transceiver. The dynamometer and network system were designed through the hardware and software. The test was done by turning the bar, the data transferred was reliable as a result, and showed that the three direction of cutting force was high-precision.
