摘要
简要阐明了水性聚氨酯分散体如何满足汽车修补快速调色要求.分析了颜料、试验分散剂类型及用量、研磨工艺、颜基比及体系pH对水性聚氨酯底色漆性能的影响.结果表明,二氧化钛最佳分散剂/颜料质量比为0.02,环保柠檬黄为0.05,酞菁蓝等有机颜料为0.3~0.5,炭黑为1.5.研磨纳米材料透明氧化铁颜料时,选用高相对分子质量分散剂C,体系pH为7.0左右可有效抑制透明氧化铁黄与水形成水合氧化铁,保持透明性及稳定性不变.所制备的色漆热贮存稳定性好,施工性好,干湿膜颜色差异小,调色快速,可满足汽车修补行业需求.
There is a brief explanation about wily the aqueous polyurethane paints are superior to get finish paints with accurate required color phase quickly. Taking several representative pigments for example, the effects of dispersant's characteristics and amount, grin(ling progress, P/B and pH value on polyurethane basecoats were investigated. The results showed thai the paints had optimal properties when the mass ratio of dispersant/pigment for tilanium dioxide was 0.02, environment-friendly lemon yellow was 0.05, phthalocy- anine blue and other organic pigments were 0.3- 0.5 and carbon black was 1.5. Dispersant C with high moleeular weight couhl inhibit the forming of hydrated iron oxide effectively while the pH value of paint was 7.0, which was ['avorable 1o keep high transparency and stability for transparent yellow iron oxide paint. The polyurethane paints prepared showed high storage slability, good spraying application, and slight eolor difference between wet and dry films, and we could get finish paints with accurate required color phase quickly and use them in automotive refinish industry.
