通过一次现场电泳外观缺陷的改善,深入分析故障发生的原因,最终确定了槽液循环量不足、电泳漆膜参数偏离是导致电泳漆膜外观粗糙度异常的主要因素,并对影响电泳漆膜粗糙度的各主要影响因素进行了探讨。

Through an electrophoresis appearance defect, the causes of failure were analyzed deeply. It was determined that tile circulation of the tank was insufficient, and the devialion of the electrophoresis paint fihn parameters was the main factors. And the influence factors on the roughness of electrophoresis paint film were discussed.
