摘要
阐述了PVC密封胶材料的组成及功能,传统密封胶向"湿碰湿"涂装工艺的改进,并通过试板工艺试验和试生产,验证了PVC密封胶材料与涂料"湿碰湿"涂装工艺的可行性,为涂装生产线的改造做好技术准备工作。
The composition and function of PVC sealant were elaborated. The improvement of traditional sealant to ＂we! on wet＂ painting process was inlroduced. The feasibility of ＂wet on wet＂ painting process was verified by production trial run, and the technical preparation work was done for the modification of coating production line.
