摘要
标准规定,单晶探头探伤中厚钢板,应根据钢板厚度,使用规定的φ5mm平底孔试块调整检测灵敏度。本文通过理论分析和比对试验说明,使用单晶探头将钢板无缺陷部位底波调整到一定高度,再增加一定的dB值,作为该钢板的检测灵敏度是可行的。
According to standard,φ5mm flat bottom method should be used to adjust the detection sensitivity when ultrasonic test the steel plate with single crystal probe.In this paper,a new bottom echo adjustment method is introduced.That is,the bottom echo wave height are adjusted to as same as the base wave,and then increase dB to a certain value.Through theoretical analysis and comparative experiments,the method proved to be feasible.
