摘要 慢性炎症可以诱导多种肿瘤的发生.其中,炎症性肠病是引发结直肠癌的最主要风险因素之一.上皮间质转化(epithelialmesenchymal transition,EMT)可以促进包括结直肠癌在内的多种肿瘤细胞的侵袭、转移.而炎症性肠病慢性炎症中产生的多种炎性细胞因子又能通过一系列途径介导EMT的活化,从而促进结肠炎相关性结直肠癌的发生、发展.本文就近年来EMT与炎症性肠病和结肠炎相关性结直肠癌的研究作一综述,旨在探讨EMT与炎症性肠病和结肠炎相关性结直肠癌之间的关系,同时为结肠炎相关性结直肠癌的临床治疗提供新的思路和方法. Chronic inflammation can induce the formation of a wide variety of tumors. Inflammatory bowel disease is one of the major risk factors for colorectal cancer. Epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT) can promote the invasion and metastasis of a variety of cancer cells, including colorectal cancer cells. Different kinds of inflammatory cytokines produced in inflammatory bowel disease could mediate the activation of EMT through a series of pathways, and thus promote the occurrence and development of colitis associated colorectal cancer. This article explores the relationship among EMT, inflammatory bowel disease and colitis associated colorectal cancer, with an aim to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of colitis associated colorectal cancer.
