摘要
目的:探讨多种CTA成像方式在头颈动脉偏心性狭窄诊断中的应用。材料与方法:回顾性分析26例临床拟诊脑动脉硬化患者的CTA及DSA影像资料,将狭窄动脉分为向心性狭窄组与偏心性狭窄组,再根据动脉狭窄程度分为<50%狭窄组及≥50%狭窄组,应用VR、MIP、MPR多种后处理技术分析狭窄部位分布,评价CTA诊断动脉狭窄的准确性。结果:以DSA为金标准,CTA对头颈动脉狭窄诊断的敏感度为100%,特异度为97.4%、阳性预测值为73.1%、阴性预测值为100%。结论:多种CTA后处理方式联合应用并多角度观察可准确观察血管狭窄部位及狭窄程度,提高其与DSA的符合率。
Purpose: To investigate the application of various CTA reconstruction technique in eccentric stenosis of intracranial and cervical arteries. Materials and Methods: CTA and DSA imaging data of 26 cases of cerebral arteriosclerosis were analyzed retrospectively. The narrow arteries were divided into concentric stenosis group and eccentric stenosis group. According to the degree of stenosis divided arteries into 〈 50% stenosis group and more than 50% stenosis group. Using vari- ous CTA reconstruction technique such as VR, MPR, MIP to analyze the distribution of the narrow site. Evaluating the accu- racy of CTA in the diagnosis of arterial stenosis. Results: With DSA as the gold standard, The sensitivity of CTA to the diag- nosis of head and neck artery stenosis was 100% , the specificity was 97.4% , the positive predictive value was 73.1% and the negative predictive value was 100%. Conclusion: The combination of CTA and was used to observe the vascular stenosis and the degree of stenosis, and the coincidence rate of DSA was improved.
