摘要
目的:探讨螺旋CT及核磁共振检查对脊柱损伤康复恢复的评价作用。材料与方法:纳入我院2013年1月至2014年11月确诊为脊柱外伤的患者106例,术后半年对患者均进行了CT及MRI两种影像学检查,收集两组患者的临床及影像学资料,分别在术后康复期进行影像学资料的对比,观察两组患者术后恢复中脊柱的附件骨折、碎骨片移位、椎体骨折、脊髓损伤、椎管容积改变、脊柱曲度改变、韧带损伤、软组织损伤、椎间盘损伤、神经根损伤的情况。结果:两组脊柱损伤患者在韧带损伤、脊髓损伤、神经根损伤、软组织损伤康复恢复的检查方面MRI较CT结果敏感性和清晰性更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);CT检查在特殊部位的骨折、单纯无变形椎体裂纹骨折方面表现优秀,对显示椎弓骨折线、椎体及骨折片的移位要优于MRI。结论:CT及MRI两种影像学对脊柱外伤康复的恢复评价各有其优势,CT对骨折线的现象较为敏感,能全面观察患者韧带损伤情况,MRI对脊柱空间定位较为准确,对脊髓病变损伤情况显示更为精确,联合两种方法能够更有效的脊柱损伤康复恢复进行评价。
Purpose : To investigate the spiral CT and MRI evaluation function of spinal injury rehabilitation recovery. Materials and Methods: Hospital from January 2013 to November 2014 confirmed 106 cases of spinal trauma patients, after six months of patients underwent CT and MRI two kinds of imaging studies, patients were collected clinical and radiological da- ta were compared in the postoperative recovery period of imaging data, postoperative recovery were observed in spine fractures attachment, bone fragments displacement, vertebral fractures, spinal cord injury, spinal volume change, spinal curvature change, ligament injuries, soft tissue injuries, intervertebral disc damage, nerve root injury situation. Results: The spinal in- jury patients compared with CT results in higher sensitivity and clarity ligament injury, spinal cord injury, nerve root injury, soft tissue injury rehabilitation to restore aspect of checking MRI, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05) ; CT examination in particular parts of the fracture, a simple crack no deformation of vertebral fractures outstanding aspect, the dis- play arch fracture line, and fracture of vertebral displacement piece is superior to MRI. Conclusion: CT and MRI imaging for evaluation of restoration of two spinal trauma rehabilitation has its own advantages, CT on the phenomenon of the fracture line is more sensitive, able to fully implement ligament injury patients, MRI is more accurate spatial positioning of the spine, spi- nal cord injury lesions Show more accurate, of combining the two methods can be more effective recovery of spinal injury reha- bilitation evaluation.
