超声心动图评价二尖瓣置换术保留瓣下结构对左心功能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析研究超声心动图评价二尖瓣置换术保留瓣下结构对左心功能的影响。材料与方法:选取2012年2月-2015年2月在我院进行二尖瓣置换术的患者一共有60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组病人切除二尖瓣瓣下结构(MVP),观察组病人将二尖瓣瓣下结构(MVP)给予保留,通过超声心动图对两组患者手术之前和以后的左心室功能变化给予对比分析。结果:临床手术之前,两组患者的左心室功能指标评分情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);临床手术以后,两组患者的左心室功能指标评分情况差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声心动图对左心室功能的检查具有无创、简便以及经济安全等相关优势,同时保留二尖瓣瓣下结构(MVP)的二尖瓣置换术更加有利于手术以后左心室功能的恢复。 Purpose: to analyze the echocardiographic evaluation of mitral valve replacement to keep disc structure under the effect of left heart function. Materials and Methods: selecting in February 2012 - February 2015 in our hospital for mitral valve replacement in patients with a total of 60 cases, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group patients under the removal of the mitral valve structure (MVP) , observation group of patients will be under the mitral valve structure (MVP) to retain, by eehoeardiography on two groups of patients before surgery and changes of left ven- tricular function after the comparison and analysis. Results: the clinical surgery before, two groups of patients with left ven- tricular function indicators grading differences had no statistical significance ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; Two groups of patients after clinical surgery, left ventricular function index score of differences statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: echocardiography of left ventricular function to examine is noninvasive, convenient, and economic security, etc advantages, while retaining the mitral valve (MVP) on the structure of mitral valve replacement is more beneficial to the recovery of left ventricular function after operation.
