基于电压稳定裕度的电网状态脆弱性评估方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 随着智能电网的发展,大规模互联电力系统的形成以及清洁能源发电系统接入负荷中心带来了不确定性因素,更容易发生连锁故障。因此对于该类负荷节点的安全运行问题值得特别关注。电力系统脆弱性一直是智能电网的研究热点课题之一,针对上述问题,提出了一种基于电压稳定裕度的含电源的负荷节点评估模型及指标,即通过比较节点实际的运行电压和临界电压之间的裕度的临界电压指标来评估有电源接入情况下的负荷节点的状态脆弱性,使状态脆弱性体系的评估更加完善。并以未归一化的状态脆弱性指标为基础,建立电网状态脆弱性评估模型,研究电源接入电网的最优接入位置。最后通过IEEE-39节点仿真算例,充分证明了该评价方法的合理性与有效性,从而为电网的合理规划和调度运行提供了理论依据。 With the development of smart grid construction and operation, the appearance of clean energy power gen- eration system access to load center and the formation of the regional interconnected power grid has increased the prob- ability of power failure in large areas, so the secure operation of load nodes deserves special attention. In this paper, it puts forward the state vulnerability assessment model and index based on the voltage stability margin, considering the power access to load node, which males the state vulnerability assessment system perfect. Based on state vulnera- bility index results, the state assessment model of grid is established to judge the optimal access. Finally, simulation examples on IEEE-39 node system illustrate that the algorithm is effective and practical. In this way, a theoretical ref- erence is provided for the further study on reasonable planning of power network, as well as its dispatching.
