摘要
直流偶次谐波影响量试验是电能表检测中的重要一环,传统检测方法效率低下,稳定性差。在分析了直流及偶次谐波的产生原因以及对电能计量造成的危害后,解读了标准规定的试验流程及接线方法,提出了一种新的直流偶次谐波负载自动匹配的方法,并按照该方法设计了一套试验装置。最后,对该装置进行试验验证,证实装置能够生成标准所规定波形,实现了负载端自动匹配,减少了人工干预,提升了检测效率及稳定性。
The effect of DC and even harmonics test is an important part of electricity meter test. The traditional de- tection method has low efficiency, and poor stability. After analyzing the reason of generation of even harmonics and the damage to electric energy metering, we interpreted the test process and connection method of standard, and put forward a new method of DC and even harmonics automatic load matching, then design test equipment according to the new method. At last, we conduct test for the device, and confirm that the device could produce waveform that stand- ard required, and realize the automatic load matching, reduce manual interference, as well as improve the detection efficiency and stability.
