摘要
服装市场规模的急剧扩大以及电子商务等新经营模式的出现,对服装物流配送中心信息自动化的运作提出了更高要求.为了研究服装配送中心信息自动化升级决策问题,归纳当前适合我国服装配送中心信息自动化的4种运作方案,建立升级决策的综合评价指标体系,综合运用层次分析法(AHP)及逼近理想点的排序法(TOPSIS)建立AHP-TOPSIS综合决策模型优选出最佳方案.将该模型运用到实际案例中,通过实际数据验证模型的有效性.
Apparel logistics distribution centers have a higher requirement due to the expansion of the apparel market and the emergence of electronic commerce.To solve the problem of informatization and automatization upgrading decisions on apparel logistics distribution centers,four operational methods suitable for Chinese apparel logistics distribution centers are summarized.A comprehensive index system is established and an AHP（analytic hierarchy process）-TOPSIS（technique for order perference by simiarity to an ideal solution）model is established for screening the best upgrading method.The model is applied to an actual case and the validity of this model is verified with a companys data.
