摘要
研究盾叶薯蓣内生细菌SYt1发酵液的正丁醇萃取相中的化学成分,以期得到有活性的先导化合物。文中采用D101大孔树脂柱层析、制备薄层层析和凝胶柱层析进行分离纯化,通过核磁共振数据分析鉴定化合物的结构。由结果可知:从盾叶薯蓣内生细菌SYt1发酵液的正丁醇萃取相中共分离得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为对羟基苯甲酸(1)、环(脯-甘)二肽(2)和环(甘-丙)二肽(3)。化合物1、2和3均首次从盾叶薯蓣内生细菌中分离得到。
To study the chemical constituents from the N-butanol phase of Dioscorea zingiberensis endophytic bacteria SYt1,the active leading compounds were obtained,which were isolated and purified by D101 macroporous resin column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative thin layer chromatography. And their structures were identified by1 H NMR and13 C NMR. Three compounds were isolated and identified as p-hydroxybenzonic acid( 1),cyclo( Pro-Gly)( 2) and cyclo( Gly-Ala)( 3). The compounds 1,2 and 3 were isolated from Dioscorea zingiberensis endophytes for the first time.
