摘要
分析了几种典型被动式微混合器结构对雷诺数变化所呈现出混合效果的改变程度。首先利用COMSOL Multiphsics软件对4种结构单元的混合效果进行了数值分析;其次把数值模拟结果进行计算整理;最后将计算结果与文献中的结论进行对比验证。从计算结果中可以看出随雷诺数的增加3D式混合单元的混合强度呈比较明显的下降趋势;T型和阻块涡流式单元在雷诺数区间(0.01—1 000)的混合强度表现较为平稳;分合式微混合器在雷诺数区间(0.01—1 000)的混合强度波动不大。作为参考因素,以上结果可以应用于微混合器的结构设计及实际生产当中,对微混合器的发展提供理论基础。
The variation degree of mixing effect which Re changed with several typical passive micromixer structures was the research target. First of all,the mixing effect of four typical micromixers was numerically analyzed using COMSOL Multiphsics. Secondly,the results of numerical simulation were calculated. Finally those results and the literatures conclusion were verified. The results show that the mixing intensity of 3D-type micromixer obviously declines with the Re increase; the mixing intensities of T-type and block fading micromixer are steady,and the mixing intensity of split-recombined micromixer changes a little when the range of Re is 0. 01-1 000. All these results can be applied to the structure design and application of micromixer as reference,which provide the theoretical foundation for the development of micromixers.
