In combination with Yunnan being excellent grape and wine region, as well as is also a big province of tourism,and culture, taking industry integration development as the theme, from two aspects of theory and practice, the paper demonstrates the feasibility of the development of the tourism culture industry integration and puts forward the fundamental countermeasures for the development of culture industry integration such as making foreign things serve China, making ancient things serve the present and exploring in novative ways.
