摘要
α型高强石膏是一种优质的胶凝材料,其工业生产工艺主要包括干法蒸压法和加压液相法。对比两种生产工艺和α型高强石膏产品的性能,结果表明加压液相法生产工艺自动化程度更高,工艺条件控制更稳定,生产的α型高强石膏微观结构形态与宏观性能更好,可应用于高档建材、精密模具等领域。
As a kind of cementitious material with high quality,the industrial preparation technologies ofα-type high-strength hemihydrate gypsum mainly include dry autoclave method and pressurized aqueous method.These two preparation technologies and properties of high-strength gypsum production were compared.Results indicate that pressurized aqueous method has higher degree of automation and more stable technical condition,thus the micro-morphology and macro-property of its production are more preferable,and the production can be used in the field of high-grade building material,precision mould,etc.
