摘要
针对工程工期紧的特点,采用一种插接加螺栓固定的连接节点代替传统焊接节点。阐明了此节点的基本结构形式,并通过软件建立构件的有限元模型,分析此种节点的应力情况,以此确定方案的可行性。使用这种节点使得整体工期节省了10.7%。
As the required delivery time is too tight,the project adopted a plug with bolted connection instead of the traditional welding joints.This paper described the basic structure of this node,established the finite element model by using software and analyzed the node stress situation,in order to determine the feasibility of the scheme.The research shows that the use of this node can save time 10.7%for installation.
