摘要
分段吊装连续钢箱梁桥整体卸载落位后的桥体线型,主要受钢箱梁制作、吊装、焊接施工全过程的影响。利用有限元计算分析软件ABAQUS,研究了钢箱梁在3种支座脱空情况下的桥体变形情况,并进行了支座脱空与支座落实的对比。计算分析结果表明,钢箱梁桥在支座脱空时,桥体变形加剧,局部上翘,局部下挠,发生扭转变形,危害结构安全。
The linetype of the segmental hoisting continuous steel box girder bridge after being located on the piers was mainly influenced by the whole process of production,hoisting and welding of steel box girder.This text is to make use of the finite element analysis software ABAQUS to study the deformation of the steel box girder bridge under three different bearing disengagement states,and make a comparison between the steel box girder deformation under the condition of bearing disengagement and that of implementation respectively.The calculation analysis results show that when the bearing was disengaged,the deformation of the steel box girder bridge became more serious,partially upwarp and partially downwarp,then it would cause torsion and endanger the structure safety.
