摘要
高速公路大中修路面加铺后,路面标高平均提高4~6cm,原有波形梁护栏中心线至路面标高降低,导致护栏安全性不能满足规范要求。该文通过对波形梁钢护栏优化设计,提供了一种新型波形梁钢护栏防护系统,一方面调整因路面标高变化造成的护栏高度不足,另一方面通过保持相对滑动提高防护栏的安全防护效果。经实车碰撞试验验证,安全性能符合相关技术规范要求。该防护系统施工工艺简单高效、经济实用,还能有效减少施工对道路运营的影响,为解决高速公路路面加铺后波形梁钢护栏高度不足的问题提供了新的解决方案。
After pavement overlay,road surface elevation average increase 4~6cm.With the elevation reducing,safety performance of w-beam guardrail can not meet the requirement of design code.In this paper,based on the optimization design of the w-beam guardrail,we provided a new type of w-beam guardrail protection system.On the one hand,we can adjust the deficiency height of w-beam guardrail due to pavement overlay.On the other hand,the relative sliding can improve the security effectiveness.Verified by real vehicle crash test,w-beam guardrail can meet the requirement of code.Construction of this protection system is simple,efficient,economical and practical.Using this system,we not only can reduce the impact of road operations,but also can provide solutions for the problem of deficiency height of the w-beam guardrail in expressway maintenance.
