摘要
采用V_2O_5和C粉为原料制备了V_2O_3粉体。通过热力学计算证实了反应的可行性,研究了不同的V_2O_5∶C配比及合成温度对产物组成的影响。结果表明:当V_2O_5∶C配比为3∶4,1 000℃保温2h后,得到的产物中有少量VO_2和C相存在;将产物进一步球磨混合,1 000℃保温1h后可以获得较纯的V_2O_3相。粉体颗粒为不规则状,粒度在1~30μm。
V2O3 was prepared by V20s and C powders. The feasibility of reaction was substantiated through thermo- dynamics calculation. The ratio of V2 O5 ℃ and reaction temperature were researched, which have influences to products phase. The results show that the ratio of V2O5 ℃ was 3 : 4 and reaction at 1 000 ℃ for 2 h,the products have small VO2 and C phases. The pure V2O3 has been prepared by milling the products above and reaction at 1 000 ℃ for 1 h. The powder was irregular and the size is 1~30 μm.
