冬奥战略目标下我国滑雪产业升级的驱动因子与创新路径

Driving Factors and Innovation Paths of Skiing Industry Upgrading under the Strategy of Winter Olympic Games in China

采用文献资料调研、实地调查、专家访谈及归因分析等研究方法,以2022年我国冬奥会的成功申办为契机,从滑雪产业升级的驱动因子与实现路径角度出发,探究冬奥战略目标下我国滑雪产业如何进行产业升级。研究认为,冬奥战略与滑雪产业升级是耦合的,二者互为依托,相互促进,内部关系重要并应给予重视;从产业层面,政策驱动、投资驱动、发展方式创新驱动与区域经济驱动是滑雪产业升级的主要驱动因子,并且可以形成不同驱动组合;我国滑雪产业升级首先要通过冬奥会激活这些驱动因子,在此基础上再借"体验消费"形成滑雪产业升级的主导路径,借"大体育观"构建滑雪产业升级的社会化路径,借"互联网+"创新滑雪产业升级的活力路径来完成,以效率化实现滑雪产业升级,保障2022年冬奥会成功举办,全面推动我国冬季体育的快速发展。

Though using the method of literature review,field survey,expert interview and attribution analysis,taking the successful hosting of the 2022 Winter Games in China as an opportunity,from the perspective of the driving factors and the upgrading paths in skiing industry,this paper explores that how to carry out the ski industry upgrading under the strategy of Winter Olympic Games in china.The result shows that the strategy of the Winter Olympics is coupled with the ski industry upgrading,the two rely on each other,promote each other,internal relationship is important and should be paid more attention to.From the industrial level,policy driven,investment driven,development mode innovation driven and regional economic driven are the main driving factors,and can form different drive combinations.Ski industry upgrade should first through the Winter Olympics to stimulate the driving factors.On this basis,we should finish using of＂experience consumption＂to form the leading path of the ski industry upgrade,use of＂big sports view＂to form the social path of the ski industry upgrade,use of＂Internet＋＂to form the dynamic path of the ski industry upgrade,and to complete the upgrading of the ski industry effectively,to ensure the successful hosting of the 2022 Winter Games and to promote the rapid development of winter sports in China.
