摘要
本文叙述了一种双甘膦的制备方法,研究了以亚氨基二乙腈为原料,经混合酸水解制得亚氨基二乙酸,在混合酸的条件下加入甲醛反应制得双甘膦。考察了原料配比、反应时间、反应温度和甲醛滴加速度对目标产物双甘膦收率的影响,在最佳条件下双甘膦的收率可以到达90%以上。
A method for preparation PMIDA was described in this paper.Taking iminodiacetonitrile as raw material,iminodiacetic acid was synthesized by pass of mixed acid hydrolysising,then PMIDA was obtained by adding formaldehyde under mixed acid reaction conditions.The effects of the ratio of raw materials,reaction time,reaction temperature and the acceleration of formaldehyde on the yield of the target product were investigated,and the yield of PMIDA could reach more than 90% under the optimum conditions.
