Research Progress on Extraction and Detection of Cytochrome P450

本文简要介绍了细胞色素P450(CYP450)的分布、功能、提取及测定方法。细胞色素P450是自然界中含量最丰富、分布最广泛、底物谱最广的Ⅰ相代谢酶系,在许多外源性化学物质和内源性化合物的代谢中起重要作用。建立灵敏、可靠的细胞色素P450检测方法,便于进一步研究其与药物的相互影响,为药物作用机理及临床合并用药提供依据。

The distribution,function,extraction and detection methods of cytochrome P450（CYP450） were reviewed in this paper.cytochrome P450（CYP450） is part of I metabolism enzymatic system,and also is the most rich in content,the most widespread in distribution and has the broadest substrate spectrum in nature.It plays an important role in the metabolism of many exogenous chemicals and endogenous compounds.It will facilitate further study on drug interactions and provide the basis for drug action mechanism and clinical drug combination if a sensitive and reliable method for the detection of cytochrome P450 is established.
