摘要
本文尝试采用能量色散X射线荧光分析(EDXRF)方法来测定进口煤炭中全硫,针对EDXRF方法的基本原理,测试出最佳的制样条件,消除颗粒效应的影响。试验结果表明,EDXRF方法测定进口煤炭中全硫简单快速、高效准确。
In this paper,energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence analysis（EDXRF） method is used to determine the total sulfur in imported coal.According to the basic principle of EDXRF method,the best preparation conditions were tested,and the effect of particle effect was eliminated.The test results show that the EDXRF method is simple,rapid,efficient and accurate for the determination of total sulfur in imported coal.
