摘要 区别与传统意义的合成方法,本文采用超声波辅助无机聚合羟基阳离子插层法。在超声波辅助下把Fe3+和Al3+加入到碱性溶液中制备出Al-OH,Fe-OH,Al-Fe-OH聚合羟基阳离子,并制备出不同Al3+/(Al3++Fe3+)比值的柱撑蒙脱土。借助X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、对其结构性质进行了表征。实验在超声波辅助下通过改变柱撑蒙脱土用量、染料初始质量浓度、搅拌时间、来探究铁铝柱撑蒙脱土对茜素红印染污水的最佳吸附性条件。结果表明:插层时间和老化时间明显缩短;所得柱撑蒙脱土层间距增大,表面存在大量活性-OH基团,Al/Fe=1/2时对茜素红印纺污水的去除率达到99.71%。 Synthesis method of differences with the traditional meaning,this paper adopts ultrasonic inorganic polymeric hydroxyl cation intercalation method.under the ultrasonic wave to Fe3 +and Al3 +added to the alkaline solution prepared by polymerization of Al-OH,Fe-OH,Al-Fe-OH hydroxyl cation,and prepared with different Al3 +/(Al3 ++ Fe3 +) ratio of Pillared montmorillonite.With the X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) was used to characterize the nature of its structure.The experiment in the ultrasonic assisted by changing the pillared montmorillonite dosage,initial dye concentration,stirring time,to explore the aluminum iron Pillared Montmorillonite on Alizarin red dyeing wastewater the best adsorption condition.The results show that: the intercalation time and aging time was shortened the pillared montmorillonite; spacing increases,the surface of a large number of active-OH group,Al/Fe = 1/2 of alizarin red printing wastewater removal rate reached99.71%.
