摘要 为了提高猪圆环病毒毒液生产批次间滴度的稳定性,提高培养毒液病毒滴度检验和成品疫苗效力检验的准确度,本实验对PK15细胞接种密度进行了研究。结果显示:病毒培养阶段,细胞最佳接种密度为2-2.5×10^5/m L,毒液滴度和疫苗效力检验时,最佳细胞接种密度为1.5-2×10^5/m L。 In order to improve the stability of the batch of porcine cirovirus proliferation, and improve the testing accuracy for virus titer or vaccine efficacy, we studied the density of the PK15 cell inoculation. The results show that, the optimal cell inoculation density is 2 -2.5×10^5 / mL in the virus culture Stage, while the best cell inoculation density is 1.5-2×10^5 / mL in the stage of the testing for virus titer or vaccine efficacy.
