摘要
以咪唑啉季铵盐、膦羧酸共聚物、丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯-磺酸盐共聚物、锌盐为主要成分复配低磷缓蚀阻垢剂,采用旋转挂片腐蚀试验、静态阻垢试验、动态模拟试验评价其缓蚀性能和阻垢性能。试验结果表明,上述4种成分按2.0∶1.0∶1.5∶1.0的质量比复配成低磷缓蚀阻垢剂,该药剂投加量为30 mg/L时,其缓蚀率和阻垢率分别为95.85%和91.62%。将该低磷缓蚀阻垢剂现场应用于鲅鱼圈钢铁燃气蒸汽联合循环发电机组(CCPP)的净环水处理系统,也取得良好的使用效果。
Low phosphorus corrosion and scale inhibitor was synthesized with imidazoline-ammonium-sale, phosphonium carboxylate eopolymer, crylie acid-acrylate-sulfonate copolymer, and zinc salt as the main compo- nents, and then, its corrosion and scale inhibiting performance was evaluated by rotary hanging sheet corrosion test, static scale inhibition test, and dynamic simulation test. The results of those tests showed that, composing low phosphorus corrosion and scale inhibitor by the above 4 components with mass ratios of 2.0 : 1.0 : 1.5 : 1.0, the anti-corrosion rate and scale-inhibiting rate of the composed reagent reached 95.85% and 91.62% respec- tively when the dosage was 30 mg/L. Adopting the said reagent in the net ring water treatment system of Bayuquan iron and steel gas steam combined cycle power plant(CCPP), a good treatment effect was obtained.
