摘要
本文主要研究了不同外加剂及纤维对矩形渠混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明:萘系减水剂和聚羧酸减水剂分别与钢纤维、聚丙烯纤维复合使用时,可以配置出C50F350的混凝土;萘系减水剂与聚丙烯纤维0.5%掺量复合使用时,混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度较高;聚羧酸减水剂与钢纤维0.8%掺量复合使用时,混凝土的抗压、抗折强度较高;掺加聚丙烯纤维的混凝土和聚羧酸减水剂与钢纤维0.5%、0.8%掺量复合使用时,混凝土的抗冻性能达到了350次冻融循环。
This paper presented the research on the influence of various admixtures and fibers on the properties of the precast rectangular concrete channel.The results indicated that C50F350 concrete could be prepared when naphthalene or polycarboxylate water reducer was mixed with steel fibers and polypropylene fibers respectively.Concrete containing naphthalene water reducer and polypropylene fibers with the dosage of 0.5% exhibited relatively high compressive and flexural strength.Concrete containing polycarboxylate water reducer and steel fibers with the dosage of 0.8% also exhibited relatively high compressive and flexural strength.The frost resistance of concrete mixed with polypropylene fibers could reach F350.The frost resistance of concrete mixed with polycarboxylate water reducer and steel fibers with the dosage of 0.5% or 0.8% could also reach F350.
