摘要
面对日益严峻的市场形势,对专用车的各项性能提出了巨大挑战,以节能为目标的轻量化设计成为各厂家所追求的目标。针对拉臂稳定装置,以产品轻量化为目标,以Optistruct软件为平台,通过拓扑优化方法,在提高结构刚度的基础上,大幅度降低了结构重量,得到了一种新型稳定装置,为今后的结构设计提供了一种新思路。
The increasingly severe market situation has been posing great challenge for all aspects of special purpose vehicles. All manufactures choose to pursue more light-weight design aiming at cost reduction. In this article, with hooklift arm device as an example, a new stabilized device is proposed based on Optistruct software and topological optimization, it strengthens the structure stiffness while greatly reduce the structure weight. Hopefully this can provide a new idea for structure design.
