临床医学专业学位研究生临床技能培养质量调查——以安徽医科大学为例

Investigation and Analysis of Training Quality of Clinical Skills of Postgraduates of Clinical Medicine:A Case Study of Anhui Medical University

临床医学专业学位研究生的招生规模不断扩大,其培养质量成为目前医学教育工作者广泛关注的问题。为探讨提高临床医学专业学位研究生临床技能的方法,文章通过两个方面进行调查。首先考察了临床专业学位研究生技能操作的实际水平,其次对教师和学生双方进行了问卷调查,以客观评估目前教学中的主要问题;提出建设性对策,以期提高专业学位研究生的临床技能水平,为国家培养医学实用型人才。

The recruitment scale of postgraduates of clinical medicine specialty degree has expanded un- ceasingly, and the training quality in this field has drawn much attention from the medical education workers. Aiming at improving the clinical skills of postgraduates of clinical medicine, this paper assesses the actual level of operation skills of postgraduates of clinical medicine. Then the questionnaire survey with both teachers and students is made to objectively evaluate the main problems in the current medical education. The relevant countermeasures are also proposed in order to improve the clinical skills of the postgraduates and cultivate the practical medical talents for our country.
