摘要
高校网上预约报销系统的推行,有效缓解了财务部门报账压力,提高了财务工作效率和服务水平。文章通过对网上预约报销利弊分析,提出了加强财务网络安全防范、确定报销单经办人身份等建议,以期能更好地改进报账模式,解决高校报销难问题。
The implementation of online reimbursement booking system in universities alleviates the reimbursement pressure of the finance department effectively, and improves the efficiency and service level of financial work. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of online reimbursement booking, and proposes some suggestions in this respect including strengthening the financial network security, identifying the expense report manager identity, etc. The study is valuable for improving the reimbursement modes and solving the difficulties in the reimbursement in universities.
