不同国家航班延误差异评估模型及检验分析

Analysis of Different National Assessment of Fight Delay

针对不同国家航班延误评估差异性问题,以航班延误时间为相应变量,建立模糊线性回归模型、RBF、LSSVM、ELM模型等,给定模型选优标准,计算不同国家在相同取值情况下各模型的标准值和标准区间。用各国真实延误值与各模型标准值比较得出结论:在因素取值相似的情况下,中国的航班延误的确要比国外严重,但仍然在合理范围之内,差距并不大。

In order to solve the problem of flight delay assessment differences in different countries,took flight time for the corresponding variable in this paper. We established fuzzy linear regression model,RBF,LSSVM and ELM model to calculate standard value and the range of values under a given model selection standard. By comparing the real delay data with the standard model,it was concluded that under the condition of the factors similar values,Chinese flight delay was more serious than that of other countries,but it was still in a reasonable scope and the gap was quite narrowing.
