通过深入分析线损四分数据之间的逻辑关系,以全网线损四分数据和购售电量数据为基础,提出一种新的计算方法。该方法通过线损分压相关公式推导得出电量计算数学模型,利用该模型能准确的计算出电网跨层级输送电量,从而为科学测算云南输配电成本奠定基础。
