一种针对大尺度发射筒的温控技术

摘要 温控系统是导弹发射平台控制系统的重要组成部分,发射筒温控系统的综合性能在导弹机动发射平台可靠性、安全性等方面起着重要的作用。首先论述目前发射筒温控系统的现状,根据发射筒结构复杂、尺寸较大且内部流场不均等特点,研究基于分布式光纤测温的模糊温控技术。通过模拟试验和仿真分析的研究,分析温控技术方案的可行性及有效性,探索新型温控方式对于大尺度发射筒的适用性,这对发射筒温控技术的发展是一项有益的尝试。 Temperature control system is an important part of the missile launch platform. The comprehensive feature of the system plays an important role in reliability, security and other aspects of missile mobile platform. This paper discusses the current status of the tube temperature control system, according to the complex structure of launcher canister, the large size and the uneven problem of internal flow field, the research is mainly focused on fuzzy temperature control technology based on distributed fiber optic temperature measurement. By researching the simulation experiment and simulation analysis, this paper analyzes of the feasibility and effectiveness of the new control technology and explores the applicability of new control way for large-scale launcher canister, which is a useful attempt for temperature control development.
