摘要
针对机电产品投入使用初期存在的可靠性自然增长问题,提出了机电产品可靠性自然增长检验方法,分别提出了针对单台时间截尾、单台失效截尾、多台时间截尾和多台失效截尾条件下的检验方法,并分别用实例进行了分析。分析结果表明,这些方法能够有效地判定产品或系统是否存在可靠性自然增长趋势,可以为机电产品运行初期的状态监控和维修保养提供决策支持。
In view of the reliability natural growth problem of electromechaniral products in the initial stage of using, the test methods of reliability natural growth of electromechanical products are proposed. The test methods aiming at the time truncation scheme of single system,failure truncation scheme of single system, time truncation scheme of multiple system and failure truncation scheme of multiple system are put forward, and the validity of these test methods are analyzed with some examples. The analysis results show that the test methods can effectively determine whether a product or system has the reliability natural growth trend or not,which can provide decision support for the state monitoring and maintenance of electromechanical product in the early stage.
