复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合乳果糖在结肠镜检查准备中的应用效果研究

Application of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with lactulose in bowel preparation for colonoscopy

目的比较复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合乳果糖与甘露醇联合蓖麻油在结肠镜检查准备中的应用效果。方法选取2015年5月-2015年10月在郑州大学第二附属医院行结肠镜检查的140例患者,随机分组,对照组70例在检查前给予20%甘露醇+蓖麻油,观察组70例在检查前给予复方聚乙二醇电解质散+乳果糖,对比两组患者服药后肠镜检查成功率、肠道准备质量及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者的检查成功率为97.1%,显著高于对照组的88.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的肠道准备质量有效率为94.3%,显著高于对照组的81.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为4.3%,显著低于对照组的12.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合乳果糖用于结肠镜检查患者的肠道准备效果良好,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the effect of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with lactulose and mannitol combined with castor oil in bowel preparation for colonoscopy. Methods One hundred and forty patients, who admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May. 2015 to Oct. 2015 were treated with colonoscopy, and they were randomly divided into experiment group and the control group, 70 cases in each group. The control group received 20% mannitol combined with castor oil while the experiment group received polyethylene glycol e- lectrolyte powder combined with lactulose before checking. The terms of colonoscopy check success rate, quality of bow- el preparation and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The check success rate of the two groups were 97. 1% and 88.6% , respectively, the experiment group was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05） . The rate of good quality for bowel preparation of the two groups were 94.3% and 81.4% , respectively, the experiment group was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were 4.3% and 12.9% , respectively, the experiment group was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with lactulose before colonoscopy has significant effect on bowel preparation and high security, it is worthy of promotion for clinic.
